M-Engineering Event/Trackside Tuning Support

M-Engineering offers trackside tuning support for our clients and dealers with supported vehicles. This can be on-site or done remotely depending on the event specifications and needs. 

ALL events require approved scheduling in-advance. 

A purchase is good for a single car on a single day for a single event. Additional vehicles or days require additional purchases. 3 or more vehicles supported at a single event may require additional calibrators present if traveling. 

For events that require traveling, the client is responsible for reimbursing us for our flights/travel/hotel accommodations. All flights are booked on business class.

Trackside Support Disclaimer

Scheduling Notice: Trackside Support must be scheduled in advance with greater than 72 hours notice and must be approved by M-Engineering. The client is responsible for RSVP'ing the M-Engineering calibrator(s) to be in event attendance and the client is responsible for admission/ticket costs. 

Performance and Results: Trackside tuning adjustments are tailored for closed-course track use only. While every effort is made to optimize vehicle performance, results may vary based on individual vehicle conditions and track circumstances. M-Engineering makes no guarantees on specific performance outcomes.

Vehicle Condition and Mechanical Issues: Customers must ensure that their vehicle is in good working condition before any tuning support is provided. M-Engineering reserves the right to decline services if any mechanical issues are identified. Refunds will not be given for mechanical issues that arise on vehicles. 

Assumption of Risk: Engaging in trackside tuning and driving on a closed course can pose risks. The customer assumes full responsibility for any incidents, damages, or failures that may occur as a result of the tuning adjustments and high-performance use. M-Engineering is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from these services.

Limited Warranty: M-Engineering’s tuning services are provided "as is," with no warranties implied or expressed. Any adjustments are intended for track use only and may impact vehicle warranties.

Punctuality: Trackside tuning appointments are scheduled for specific times, and punctuality is essential. Customers arriving late may forfeit their tuning session or receive reduced service time, as necessary to accommodate our valuable time. No discounts or refunds will be issued for missed time due to tardiness.

Rescheduling: M-Engineering requires a minimum of 72 hours notice for any rescheduling requests. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, rescheduling may be subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 

No Refunds: Due to the nature of trackside tuning support, all services are non-refundable once scheduled, booked, and confirmed. Customers are advised to confirm their availability and vehicle readiness prior to booking.

Compliance with Regulations: Customers are responsible for adhering to all local, state, and federal laws or regulations related to vehicle modifications and emissions standards, especially when returning to public roads.
