For this reason, we allow up to two (2) opportunities to reschedule if there are issues outside of M-Engineering's control that prevent the completion of the protune. If at least 72 hours' notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment, the rescheduling will not count against this policy. When knock events beyond a set threshold are met, within 20 milliseconds, the car will automatically be put into map slot 5 for a brief period of 10 seconds.
