We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise during a protune, including issues that only become apparent once the vehicle is on the dyno. For this reason, we allow up to two (2) opportunities to reschedule if there are issues outside of M-Engineering's control that prevent the completion of the protune. If at least 72 hours' notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment, the rescheduling will not count against this policy.
